At your initial session at Showler Physiotherapy, your physiotherapist will perform a thorough assessment to understand your symptoms, goals, and movement patterns. Based on this, we’ll design a personalised treatment plan, which may include manual therapy, tailored exercises, or shockwave therapy, depending on what’s best for you. Your first appointment will include treatment unlike many other clinics.

  • Manual Therapy – Gentle techniques to improve joint movement, release tight muscles, and reduce pain.
  • Therapeutic Exercise – Personalised exercise programs to build strength, flexibility, and control, helping you move better and prevent injuries.
  • Soft Tissue / Sports Massage – Deep, targeted massage to ease muscle tension, improve performance, and speed up recovery from injury.
  • High-Performance Rehabilitation – Specialist programs that help you safely return to sports or daily activities, building strength, agility, and confidence after injury.

We can offer other treatments depending on what the client requires.

Cancellation Policy

At Showler Physiotherapy, we strive to provide the highest standard of care and customer service to all patients and visitors. To help us maintain this level of service, we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You can notify us by phone or by emailing info@showlerphysiotherapy.co.uk.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes make short-notice cancellations unavoidable, and we will always do our best to accommodate situations beyond our patients’ control.

However, missed appointments and late cancellations limit our ability to offer treatment to other patients and impact the smooth running of our clinic. All decisions regarding cancellations and charges are made at the discretion of our Practice Manager and are final.
