Purkash Jandu

Chartered Physiotherapist

Kash works at our Derby clinic. Kash is a member at ONE|DZ where our Derby clinic is located and will regularly be seen using the gym. Having a previous knee surgery from a football injury, Kash understands the frustrations during recovery and has first hand experience of recovery and return to sports and activities. Kash is building up his running and hopes to run a marathon in the near future. Kash is an avid Derby County supporter and often puts himself through the ups and downs of going to watch ‘the Rams’.

Alongside work at our clinic Kash works as an NHS Senior Specialist Physiotherapist working with Upper Limb/ Lower Limb Injuries and leading the hydrotherapy rehabilitation. Kash has valuable experience working with a range of different clients, from the general public to elite athletes.

  After injuring my knee and fearing a knee replacement was due, I went to Jake for help. After a few sessions of his expertise my knee has improved considerably and is now very near pre injury. I was experiencing severe back pain and unable to walk or work due to a back injury and found Showler Physiotherapy who kindly booked me in on very short notice.
The 1st treatment restored mobility and the fortnightly follow ups, had me sorted (better than it’s been in a good while tbf) in a couple of months.
All in all a Professional, discrete and personalised service at a very reasonable price.

  We came across Jake when my 12 year who plays sport at a high level had some difficulty with his knee. Jake was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely professional.  Through Jakes advice my son now knows how to manage the condition from flare-ups to continue playing the sport he loves without injury .I would definitely recommend Jake for all your children’s/adult’s physio needs.
